Communications Craftsmen (COMCRA events) organized the Recycling Conference & Exhibition “Promoting Partnerships” for USAID Recycling in Jordan Activity on the 19^th March 2023.

The exhibition layout was designed in a way to reflect the recycling process in its flow which the visitors followed on foot, starting from collection up until producing recycled products while raising awareness by passing all 30 exhibition booths that represented recycling stages.

All materials used to create the exhibition served our 3P approach “People, Planet, and Profit”, therefore, registration was done completely digitally using barcodes to confirm attendance, which were printed on name badges that were made of recycled paper infused with seeds to allow for them to be planted in soil and grow into a plant. Rubber flooring was reserved in good condition to be used again and not wasted, grass flooring will be donated to public parks serving our office’s local community, all wood used is reusable, and waste that resulted during the event was given back to the exhibitors that took care of the recycling process. We did our best to keep this event as green as possible, and the exhibition inspired us to strive and develop in sustainability until we reach a point of 100% green events in the very near future.
