KIA Tasman Launch Event in Jordan – Full Technical & Event Management by COMCRA

On 17 September, COMCRA Events successfully delivered the planning and management of the launch event for the all-new KIA Tasman in Jordan, executed across three strategically selected locations: the Dead Sea, Wadi Araba, and Wadi Mimer (Petra).

The event was designed as a high-impact, experiential automotive launch, showcasing the vehicle’s performance in diverse and challenging terrains. COMCRA was entrusted with the full operational, logistical, and technical execution of the event, ensuring seamless delivery across all locations.

COMCRA’s scope of work included the comprehensive planning and coordination of all logistical and operational aspects, with a strong focus on AVL (Audio, Video, and Lighting) production. This covered the complete lifecycle of technical delivery, from site assessment and setup to testing, rehearsals, and live operation.

All AVL systems were carefully adapted to suit outdoor and off-road environments, ensuring optimal performance under varying weather, terrain, and daylight conditions. The execution required precise scheduling, professional crew deployment, and strict adherence to safety and operational standards across geographically dispersed sites.

Through detailed planning and on-site management, COMCRA ensured that all technical installations were delivered on time, on brand, and to international event management standards, contributing to a smooth and impactful launch experience for stakeholders, media, and participants.
