COMCRA Events proudly planned and delivered a three-day integrated corporate events program for Exness in Jordan, marking the official launch of its new office in Amman. Executed between 8–10 October 2025, the program combined corporate protocol, brand experience, hospitality, and incentive travel, delivered seamlessly across multiple venues.

The engagement began with the official Exness office opening ceremony in Amman on 8 October 2025, where COMCRA managed all logistical, technical, and branding requirements. The event reflected Exness’s global brand identity through professional office branding, audiovisual production, and a smooth guest flow, ensuring a polished and memorable launch.

On 9 October 2025, COMCRA curated and managed an exclusive Gala Dinner, offering a premium networking environment for Exness leadership, partners, and invited guests. The evening featured full venue branding, professional AVL (audio, visual, and lighting) solutions, high-end catering, photography coverage, and on-site event coordination—delivering a refined corporate experience aligned with international standards.

The program concluded on 10 October 2025 with a leisure and incentive trip to the Dead Sea, designed to showcase Jordan’s unique destination appeal while offering guests a relaxed and memorable closing experience. COMCRA handled all logistics, transportation, hospitality coordination, and guest management, ensuring comfort, safety, and continuity throughout the journey.

Across all three days, COMCRA provided end-to-end event planning and management, including airport meet & greet, VIP transfers, on-ground logistics, branding production, AVL equipment, catering coordination, photography services, and full operational oversight.
